Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At SKiNNZ STREETWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your t-shirt or any other item purchased from us, we are here to help! Please review our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy below.
Returns
You may return an item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized/printed t-shirts made to order are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at returnsandexchanges@skinnzstreetwear.in with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Which will be picked up by our shipping partner.
- Return Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Zero Refunds: In some cases, refunds will not be granted (if items are returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error).
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t Received Your Refund? If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@skinnzstreetwear.in.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at exchanges@skinnzstreetwear.com with details of the defect or damage. Please include photos if possible to speed up the process.
How to Exchange
- Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or click on the Returns and Exchange button in My Account and fill up the form you will get a confirmation mail regarding your Exchange.
- Return the Original Item: After confirming the exchange, you will need to send back the original item.
- Replacement Item: Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the replacement t-shirt at no extra cost to you.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you want is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose another item of equal value.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping for Exchanges: For exchanges due to defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item sent to you.
Personalized and Customized Items
All sales on personalized or customized t-shirts are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please carefully review your design, size, and personalization details before finalizing your order.

When you initiate a return, refund, or exchange, we collect certain personal information, including:
- Contact Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
- Order Information: Details about the product purchased, order number, and transaction history.
